Hope they removed the stump too.


I lost one of those pines to a hurricane (Isabell?), and I cut most of it up with my chainsaw, but couldn't do anything with the stump. Was shocked arriving home from wore and finding the clean up crew had also pulled the stump out of the ground and disposed of it too. The tree had fallen like your tree, with most of the roots exposed. I bought a few bags of topsoil to fill in the hole...I was happy!

That was when I decided to have the rest of those large pines removed from my front yard.
